PENALTIES

1.  The Chief obtaining possession of the JEEP need only report the situation to a Chiefs’ Group executive officer in order to sanction the fine.

2.  If the Jeep Chief loses possession of the JEEP without immediate return or retrieval, the Jeep Chief must retrieve the JEEP prior to 2359 to limit their liability to $10.  If the JEEP is not retrieved by this time, the Chief in possession of the JEEP will contact the Jeep Chief the following day and arrange for retrieval.  This action will incur an additional $10 fee ($20 total) payable to the Chiefs’ Group treasurer.

3.  The Jeep Chief will render all fines assessed to the Chief’s Group treasurer by the first payday following the day of the infraction. For accumulation of fines of $20 or more: the Jeep Chief may volunteer as lead chief for the next Chiefs’ Group project in lieu of cash payment.

4.  The Jeep Chief must give an oral report of details surrounding the infraction to the membership.

ADDITIONAL DUTY

1.  The Dyess AFB Chief’s Group maintains the Chiefs’ Flag.  This flag is kept in the duty office of the most senior active duty chief on base.  It is the duty of the Jeep Chief to obtain and transport this flag to all Chiefs’ Group functions and to ensure it’s returned to the senior chief’s office after the function.

2.  Failure to fulfill the honorable responsibility of transporting the flag will require the Jeep Chief to purchase the senior chief’s beverages during the function in which he was negligent in this responsibility.
